Ettore Bugatti, revue internationale d’automobiles et autres objets d’art
Publication director : Gustavo Selva
Magazine edited by Ettore Bugatti s.r.l. - Ora - Italy - 1990 / 1994
Published also in : French, German, English, Italian, (Japanese ?)
The Italian consortium directed by Romano Artioli, which created the EB110 Bugatti, had acquired all the rights on Bugatti brand-name and intended to develop a powerful marketing around this one. A big number of Bugatti objects were launched at this moment, mostly of the most perfect bad taste (!) and extremely expensive. This review was clearly intended to promote them. It contains nevertheless articles on the development of the EB110 and of the Campogalliano factory, as well as interesting reports on the grand demonstrations and the luxurious rallies organised by Romano Artioli for the collectors of "true" Bugattis, who so brought him a sort of historic pledge ... To my knowledge, 8 numbers of this review were published, numbered from 0 (2 ° half of the 1990) to 7 (2 ° half of 1994). Picture illustrates number 0, French edition. The “Bugatti Automobili” consortium stopped its activity in 1995 in circumstances which never were very clear ... Frequently for sale on eBay.

This book is a MONUMENT and a pure miracle ! It first impresses by its size : 48.5 cms x 33.5 cms, and by its weight : about 9 kg ! My two lives, race driver to restaurateur
by Rene Dreyfus, with Beverly Rae Kimes
Edited by Aztec Corp. - Tucson, Arizona - USA - november 1983
Text in English
The life of the very great Bugatti pilot René Dreyfus, told by himself. He knew well Le Patron for whom he won numerous races on T35 and T51. He emigrated in United States at the time of WWII and opened the famous restaurant Chanteclair in New York. His affection to Bugatti meets itself to the ashtrays of his restaurant today very popular ! It is a pity there was never an edition in French. The book is decorated with numerous new photos, not only of Bugatti naturally, but Rene Dreyfus was a very charming, accessible and very human man. This book is a real delight !
